Which languages does CertoBadge support?
CertoBadge supports credential content in English; major Indian languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, and Urdu; European languages: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Turkish, Russian, and Greek; East Asian languages: Chinese, Japanese, and Korean; Middle Eastern languages: Arabic and Hebrew; and Southeast Asian languages: Thai and Khmer — so you can localise badges and certificates for your audience.
How do recipients receive credentials?
After you add recipients and generate credentials, mailing delivers them by email. You can configure email per recipient category and track whether credentials have been sent.
Do you add a watermark to the certificates?
Never. What you design is fully yours. Zero watermarks on any exports, regardless of usage or volume.
Can I use CertoBadge for commercial purposes?
Absolutely. Schools, corporations, hackathon hosts, community events organizers, online course or webinars or workshop sellers, and anyone can use CertoBadge for personal, educational, or commercial credentialing.
Can I revoke a credential after it is issued?
Yes. Issued credentials can be previewed, downloaded, or revoked from the credentials hub. Status filters include Valid, Revoked, and Expired.
Does CertoBadge support multiple organisations?
Yes. Platform administration can manage events and credentials across organisations, filter by organisation, and oversee roles and access.
Does certobadge supports bulk issuance?
Yes. CertoBadge supports bulk issuance of credentials. You can upload a file with recipient details and can generate and send one at a time, multiple at a time, or all at once.
Are there any additional credits available?
Both plans can buy credential top-ups and AI credit packs. Enterprise receives discounted credential top-up pricing and can request for top-ups from support channels instead of buying themselves.
